Today, Polaris is proud to announce the launch of Shop Polaris – an all-new online store for customers to purchase accessories, apparel and branded merchandise and have them delivered right to their door or farm gate.

This 24/7/365 store will carry the full assortment of genuine Polaris accessories, apparel and branded merchandise for customers to browse and purchase, including the popular line of Lock & Ride accessories that can be installed in a matter of seconds. Alternatively, if customers need support installing accessories, they can make a booking with their local Polaris dealer.

Shop Polaris is powered by Shopify, a leading e-commerce platform with a secure and seamless checkout process and was built with the customer in mind. Customers can filter accessories by vehicle year and model, so they find the right fit for their machine. If an item is out of stock, customers can enter their email address to be notified once it becomes available again. And to keep customers informed, Polaris provides tracking details for each order once it has shipped.

Q: Can my order be shipped to my local Polaris dealer? 

A: Currently, customers can ship their orders to their nominated work or home address. We will be adding the ability to ship to your local Polaris dealer in the near future for items you may need assistance with upfitting to your vehicle.

Q: Are genuine Polaris oil and parts available on the site?
A: Genuine Polaris accessories, apparel and branded merchandise are available for purchase through the Polaris Online Shop. Genuine Polaris oil and parts are only available for purchase through a certified Polaris dealership.

Q: I own a Polaris Sportsman ATV – will I be able to purchase accessories for my vehicle?
A: Although Polaris exited the ATV or Quad Bike market in October 2020, we continue to provide full product support for parts and warranty to our customers. This includes offering the ability to purchase certain Sportsman accessories through Shop Polaris.
