TRC Tractors is a locally owned Tractor dealership in the Manawatu. We sell Massey, Fendt and Valtra Tractors, Stewart Trailers and Polaris Side by Sides and ATVs.
Our team is made up of 18 staff members across, Parts, Sales and Service and work out of a purpose-built building with state-of-the-art equipment.

Job Description:

The job role as a Polaris SXS Motorcycle Technician includes:

• Completing the build and assembly of new machines and doing the pre-delivery inspections.
• Servicing and repairing machines.
• Completing warranty repairs and submitting details.
• Supporting the sales team with service, maintenance and repair questions.
• Scheduling work and working alongside the Service Manager.
• Communicating directly with customers to keep them informed on progress and to schedule work.
• Continue to upskill and complete the required Polaris training to achieve Gold Standard.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:

• The ideal candidate will have completed either a motorcycle or small engine qualification and is keen to step up and run their own area of the workshop.
• Experience on a variety of machines and equipment.
• Have good time management and be reliable and punctual.
• Be a good team member and have great customer service skills.
